Right of withdrawal from the contract



 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline to withdraw from the contract will expire after 14 days from the date on which you acquire possession of items or a third party other than the carrier or the person indicated by you came into possession of items.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the PWM online store: Polskie Wydawnictwo Muzyczne, al. Krasińskiego 11a, 31-111 Kraków, fax: 12 4227171 email: internet@pwm.com.pl of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You can also fill in and submit the form to withdraw from the contract which is located on the www.pwm.com.pl website. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of your notice of withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (for example, email).

To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is enough for you to send information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. The customer is obliged to return purchased goods to PWM or give them to a person authorised by PWM to receive immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date on which they withdrew from the agreement. To comply with this deadline, simply return the items before its expiry.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract


In case of termination of this contract we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive normal delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. The cheapest delivery option we offer is FedEx. The cost of such shipments on our website is 14 Euro zł.
Reimbursement payments will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return. We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the items or you have supplied evidence of their return, depending on which event occurs first.
The costs of returning the goods to the PWM shall be borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract concluded away from business premises or at a distance is not granted to the consumer in respect of agreements:
- in which the item provided is a sound or visual recording or computer programs delivered in a sealed package if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- for the supply of digital content that is not stored on a material medium if the provision has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after the trader’s informing him of the loss the right to withdraw from the contract.
