Cotton Bag "Paderewski na bogato"
A full print bag with a 2,000,000 zloty banknote with the image of Ignacy Jan Paderewski.
The author of the composers' images on NBP banknotes is Andrzej Heidrich, known for his designs of covers and illustrations for the Czytelnik publishing house (including books by Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz or Ryszard Kapuściński). Philatelists certainly associate the name of Heidrich as the creator of many postage stamp designs. The series of banknotes Great Poles, in which the images of Fryderyk Chopin, Stanisław Moniuszko and Ignacy Jan Paderewski were immortalized, were created in the years 1974–1993. The image of Fryderyk Chopin appears on the denomination of PLN 5,000, Stanisław Moniuszko: PLN 100,000, and the most expensive Polish composer was Ignacy Jan Paderewski, whose portrait was on the banknote with the highest face value put into circulation: PLN 2,000,000.
The images of the composers with the characteristic "line" of the graphic were used on PWM products without any changes. The production of bags with images of composers as part of the Polish Music Heritage project was possible thanks to cooperation with Andrzej Heidrich, his heirs and the National Bank of Poland. Thank you.
