Transcribed and edited by Bartłomiej Budzyński The works of Domenico Scarlatti, one of the greatest harpsichordists and virtuoso-composers of the Baroque period is distinguished by its rich melodic-rhythmic invention as well as a specific sound colour. He is the author of 555 sonatas for harpsichord. Sonata in D minor for harpsichord has been arranged for two guitars in this edition. The editior has preserved the original key and refrained from changing the melodic-rhythmic material of the work.
