Suite
for flute and clarinet
The four-movement Suite written for his favourite wind instruments betrays, though timidly, an interest in the new language of sound. Kisiel, who fled from exuberant chromaticism inescapably coupled with expressionism like the devil fleeing from holy water - this time departed, though not entirely, from a simple perpetual motion machine to play a little with atonal polyphony.
