The publication contains the compositions of the prizewinners of the 1st Tadeusz Ochlewski Composition Competition. ''The Variations on a Theme of a Certain Renaissance'' by Paula Ptach was estimated as the best by the jury. Alina Błońska's ''Invocation into Silence'' received an honourable mention. Both compositions were premiered during a concert accompanying the ''Warsaw Autumn'' in 2003.
