A Rhythmicized World
for Piano and Children's Percussion Instruments, Op. 48
A collection of 10 pieces. The performer is a pianist and a percussionist at the same time. It allows him or her to develop the sense of rhythm, concentration and manual skills.
Playing the works in this collection affords you the perfect opportunity both to practise executing rhythmic divisions and to improve the independence of the hands. What is more, you’ll get to know some percussion instruments and learn to play them! In each work, you’ll encounter different hand positions – sometimes both your hands will be on the keyboard, sometimes one of them will be playing on a percussion instrument. The most important things to know are how to prepare yourself to play any kind of work, where to place the instruments and what to practise first.
