Anželika Cholina, a choreographer, decided to depict complicated life and fortunes of one of the most controversial Polish queens at Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Vilinius . 

Barbara Radziwiłłówna, the second wife of Zygmunt August, frequently became the protagonist of dramatic literary works. Moreover, she was willingly portrayed. The compositions of Henryk Mikołaj Górecki, such as: Three Pieces in Old Style,II Symfonia op.31 (Symphony No. 2 'Copernican' Op. 31) and III Symfonia Symfonia pieśni żałosnych op.31 (Symphony No. 3 'Symphony of Sorrowful Songs' Op. 36) were used in the ballet performance.
