Agata Zubel, composer and singer, as well as the famous Klangforum Wien ensemble, will perform at the opening concert of the contemporary music festival in Haddersfield.

She will present her 2010 work Not I for voice, instrumental ensemble and electronics, which has already won her numerous awards, e.g. at the UNESCO International Composers' Tribune in Prague. The piece will have its British premiere. The concert programme also includes compositions by Pierluigi Billone, Beat Furrer and Peter Jakober.
