Chamber Music No.5 "The Four Seasons"
Individual, clearly contrasting movements (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) were composed in the respective time of the year and are supposed to reflect my emotional and spiritual moods rather than to illustrate music. In parts, the sound material has been processed very strictly. Restrained by metrical and rhythmical rigour, it gives the performer some freedom which should, however, result in an expected compatibility. I dedicated the work to Krzysztof Droba.
