Three Concert Caprices in Dramatic Style, op.27

The Caprices, op.27 are very developed pieces. Each of them lasts a dozen minutes and consists of several smaller sections, differentiated in regard to the character nad expression. In them, we can find a number of techniques in both hands: double stops, chords, passages, string harmonics, tc.
The works are undoubtelly highly demanding. The player must not only know the instrument very well, but also use imagination, fluency of playing and stage experience.
