Impromptu
for Violin and Piano
The manuscript to the Impromptu, located in the library of the Warsaw Music Society, is dated ''Berlin, November, December 1895'', i.e. the composer was just turning 19 when he wrote the work. The pieces romantic style reflects a strong influence of Tchaikovsky, who had died only two years earlier.
