Quintet
for Wind Instruments
Wojciech Kilar's chamber music plays a secondary role in the composer's output. ''Quintet for Woodwind Instruments'', written in 1952 by the then twenty-year-old composer, is one of only a few such pieces. Its style is neoclassical and the melody and harmony, full of charm, with a few archaisms and folk elements.
