Sonata
per flauto
The composition has nothing in common with the classical sonata form. In this work I have for the first time used on a great scale the method of composition consisting in the use of a symmetrical intervallic axis for the construction of the form. At the same time I have for the first time reduced the sound material to a number of notes selected by myself.
